Visitors can access and browse the Site without disclosing most personally identifiable information; however we may collect your IP address. We do track information provided to us by your browser, including the website you came from (known as the “referral URL”), the type of browser you use, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We also collect information that you voluntarily provide to us if you fill out our online forms such as your name, whether or not you have Medicare, Medicaid, other insurance, a Workers Compensation Insurance claim, No Fault Insurance claim, whether you are having back pain, your telephone number, email address, and street address. Most of the Site does not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit the Site without telling us who you are or giving us any information.
How We Use Information
By providing your personal information and clicking “Continue", “Submit” or "Contact Us." you acknowledge and agree that a customer service representative from Exogear may contact you using your personal information to set up and conduct a free consultation. Further, by providing this information to us, you agree to receive brochures, calls, emails and other forms of communications from us. By providing your payment card information, you authorize us to use it for purchases you make. And by accessing the site, you also agree that we may use your IP address for purposes of serving you advertisements for other Exogear products when you visit other sites.
Additionally, we may disclose information we collect to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the Site. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check the Site periodically.
How We Protect Information
While there is no practical way to absolutely assure the security of information you supply us, we take steps we believe are reasonably designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Sharing of Information
We share your information only with vendors who are performing services for Exogear on behalf of Exogear. For example, when you provide your information online and click "Submit” to submit it for a follow up call, we may provide that information to a vendor to verify that the information you provided is not false. That vendor does not store the information, but merely passes back to us only those contacts that it verifies as real. We do not share the information you provide to us on the Site with any other third parties. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We may release information we have collected when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Site.
